Everyday Meditation - Meditation Class for Beginners 

Everyday Meditation Class. Instruction in Sedona Arizona and Phoenix

Everyday Meditation is a 2 1/2 hour meditation training that is perfect for beginners to learn to meditate, or anyone who wants to get back on track with meditation.

You’ll discover a variety of meditation techniques and learn how meditation works and the types of experiences to expect in and out of meditation. 

You'll see how easy it is to use a silent mantra and breath meditation, a technique so effective and universal that you can use it for the rest of your life. 

Every question you have about meditation will be answered. You don’t need any prerequisites to join this meditation class. And you'll leave with your own personal practice. Read more about the Meditation for Beginners' program.

Primordial Sound Meditation Class

Primordial Sound Meditation

The Primordial Sound Meditation technique is a silent mantra meditation practice that has been rediscovered and revitalized from the ancient wisdom traditions by mind/body healing expert Deepak Chopra. He recommends meditation to all his patients. Sedona Meditation Training Company features Chopra Center satellite meditation instructors who are completely trained and recommended by Deepak Chopra.

The Primordial Sound Meditation workshop is 6-7 hour course where you’ll learn a how to meditate and how use your personal primordial sound - chosen for you based on the location and time of your birth - as a vehicle to experience deeper states of awareness. 

You'll create your own personal practice: learn where and when to meditate, and the types of experiences to expect in and out of meditation. You don’t need any prerequisites to join this meditation class. Read more about the Primordial Sound Meditation Technique.

This course is taught in Sedona during a weekend day in a private meditation studio nestled into the red rocks adjacent to the National Forest. You'll need to provide us with the time and place of your birth at least 48 hours before the class. Enliven your practice….If you've already attend a meditation class with the Sedona Meditation Training Co. or with Sarah McLean, here is your invitation to attend a free refresher course of that same class.  That means take any of the programs you've already taken again for free (retreats excluded).  If you'd like to take the Primordial Sound Meditation Course, and you've already taken the Everyday Meditation Course, you'll get credit fort he amount you paid for the course towards the Primordial Sound Class.

Sedona Meditation Salon at the Sedona Creative Life CenterWhether you're a seasoned meditator or you've never meditated before, this is a great opportunity to experience what meditation feels like and how it feels to meditate with others.  Group meditations in Sedona, Phoenix and Scottsdale are offered free or for nominal charge, and are open to anyone.  Group meditations begin with a discussion a break, then you'll be guided into a silent meditation.
